No Refund Policy – Customised & Personalised Products

At CBGB Print, every customised item is created to your specific requirements. Because these products are made uniquely for you, they are exempt from cancellation and refund rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We take great care to ensure your order meets the specifications agreed upon, and we are committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly and fairly.

1. Custom and Personalised Orders

All products that are customised, printed, embroidered, engraved, or otherwise made to order are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes items produced using customer-supplied designs, logos, names, or artwork.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for:

• Change of mind after approval
• Errors in the artwork, design, or text supplied by the customer
• Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, supply chain delays)

2. Design Approval

Before production, we provide digital mock-ups or proofs for your review and written approval. Once approval is received, production begins, and no further changes can be made.

Approval of a proof confirms that the customer accepts the design, colours, spelling, and placement shown. Refunds cannot be issued for any errors that were present and approved at this stage.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or reprint at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before design approval. Once mock-ups have been approved or production has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

5. Non-Customised Items

If you have ordered standard (non-personalised) items, these may be eligible for return or refund in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.
